Alternatilla is the big deal this summer, yet despite massive names like Devotchka and Daniel Johnston, there is no one more qualified to absolutely take it over than Tav Falco. Judging from the event program that's just what he's done.
This years' Alternatilla theme is light and Tav Falco's is La Luna Negra. All we can say is check out the website, www.alternatilla.com and if you're in Italy this week, see Tav Falco photo's, (50 of them), hear Tav Falco's music (he's performing live), and watch Tav Falco films, (in the presence of the artist).
If it wasn't for Alternatilla, really, the summer would be a lot longer.
