In the dying embers of 2018 we decided to forego the multiple offers that we received from friends to sip mulled wine from warm mugs at seasonally themed markets, we turned down invitations to Carol concerts and also chose (wisely) not to accept offers to go ice skating.  No, we had something far more important to do...

Instead, we had piles of albums from the previous 12 months to re-acquaint ourselves with.  And then,  late into the night, we wrote about them and put our thoughts on line....and then... 

...and then we recorded our first podcast because we love talking, even disagreeing about this music. So join us as we argue the toss over what we loved and loathed in 2018. Along the way we'll get Hector Plimmer's name wrong, mispronounce the name Momus and disagree over what The Beatles greatest musical achievement was. 

And there's some of the actual music in there too. So, here goes...
